Installation

Airstream™ / Pro Airstream™ Frame With Top Nozzle
Pivot Arm Installation
1) Locate Pivot Arm assembly, remove clear plastic wrap from end, locate bronze bushings.

Note: The bronze bushings are to eliminate side to side movement of the Pivot Arm assembly, the
amount required will vary from dryer to dryer. Start with (2) bushings and increase
quantity if or as necessary.

2) Place the first two bushings into position.
3) Join the Pivot Arm assembly to the head frame assembly by sliding the Pivot Arm assembly axles
through the bearings, replace the bearing previously removed. Check side to side movement. Place
additional bronze bushings if needed. Tighten all bearing housings back into place.
