Airstream™ / Pro Airstream™ Frame With Top Nozzle
Top Nozzle Limit Switch Wand
Described below is instructions for an initial setup of the Limit Switch wand. This a starting point, you
can make adjustments to your specifications after startup. Once setup is complete, adjustments will need
to be made to the cylinder counter balance to match your preference.

Note: Failure to start with the recommended setup may cause damage to vehicles and
equipment.
The “candy cane” shaped wand is designed to make first contact with the vehicle in an event that the top
nozzle is moving down too aggressively. The wand should be positioned slightly below the height of the
wheel.
• To adjust the height, loosen the end set screw.
• To rotate the wand, loosen the side set screw.

Once the wand is set, cut the tip off so not to obstruct the top nozzle hose.
