Chapter 6 Frame and Carriage Assembly
Placing the Carriage on the Rails
6) Locate the Upper Safety Brackets and the appropriate fasterners. Secure them both onto the carriage. One
on the driver side and one on the passenger side. Mount them both in the set of holes closest to the exit side
of the machine as shown below.

7) Locate the Lower Safety Brackets and the appropriate fasterners. Secure them in the set of holes that are
closest to the entrance of the machine in the orientation shown in the image below.

8) Roll the Carriage from entrance to exit and back to the entrance. Once the Carriage is back at the entrance
end, tighten the driver side rail attachment clamp down completely on that end. This confirms that both rails
are aligned.
9) Roll the Carriage back to the exit end and tighten the exit clamp down completely.
