13) Verify the passenger leg is square and plumb in all directions using a level; shims may be used
under the foot plate if necessary.

14) Drill the lag holes in the concrete and use the supplied ½” lag bolts to secure the passenger
foot plate to the floor.

Note: Remember to verify where any underground heat or utilities run so you can be sure to not
drill into them with the hammer drill when making the lag holes.
Note: Do not hammer the lag bolts all the way down at this time, leave room to raise the foot plate
later if necessary.
