Tunnel Placement

10) Position the outside edge of the passenger side foot plate on the marked line which should be
141-½” from the outside edge of the driver side foot plate, as shown below.

Note: Due to the size, shape and material of the Air Plenum it naturally flexes, pressure must be
applied to the passenger leg in order to set the foot plate in the precise location. Applying
pressure when positioning the passenger side foot will actually help the overall rigidity of the
Sudzameleon®.

11) Confirm that the driver side and passenger side foot plates are square to each other by taking
two measurements and confirming that they are equal to one another:
 Measure from the exit end of the driver side foot plate to the entrance end of the
passenger side foot plate.
 Measure from the entrance end of the driver side foot plate to the exit end of the
passenger side foot plate.

12) Measure from the floor on the passenger side to the tip of the Tri Nozzle installed on the
passenger side of the Air Plenum, as shown in the image above. This measurement should be
90-7/8”, shims or plates may be used if necessary to achieve the appropriate height.
