Installation
Installing the Sudzameleon® Tri Nozzles

4) Before installing the Tri Nozzle into the Air Plenum rotate the nozzle so that the keyed flange
will fit into the keyed opening in the bottom of the Air Plenum and the opening for the Bayonet
Spray nozzle is rotated to the left, as shown below.

5) Insert the keyed flange on the nozzle into the pre-cut holes on the bottom of the Air Plenum
then rotate the nozzle to the right to lock it into place. Verify that the openings for the Bayonet
Nozzles are facing the exit.

Note: When the Sudzameleon® Tri Nozzles are secured in place the nozzle tips should run parallel
to the centerline of the Air Plenum and the openings for the Bayonet Spray Nozzles should
be facing the exit of the tunnel.
