8) Once the driver side leg is square and plumb in all directions, drill the holes in the concrete and
use two of the supplied ½” lag bolts to secure the driver side foot plate to the floor.

Note: Remember to verify where any underground heat or utilities run so you can be sure to not
drill into them with the hammer drill when making the lag holes.
Note: Do not hammer the lag bolts all the way down at this time, leave room to raise the foot plate
later if necessary.

9) Next, position the passenger side foot plate, measure 141-½” from the OUTSIDE edge of the
driver side foot plate toward the passenger side of the tunnel and mark a line for this dimension
on the floor.
