Installation

Installing Check Bodies and Nozzles into the Leg Manifolds

Note: IT IS NECESSARY TO FLUSH THE MANIFOLDS WITH WATER BEFORE INSTALLING
ANY NOZZLES.

1) Remove the Leg Manifold Cover from the driver and passenger side Leg Assemblies.
2) Locate the 8 supplied Nozzle Check Bodies and 8 supplied Spray Nozzles. See the image
below.

3) Install 4 supplied Nozzle Check Bodies into each of the Leg Manifolds, refer to the image
below.

Note: Lubricate the Check Body threads with a Liquid-Teflon™ for easier installation and
maintenance.

Check Cap

Helpful Hint
The Check Bodies in the Leg Manifolds should be oriented
with the Check Cap pointing down toward the ground.
