Client: Hi, this is Piolo Pascal. I’m a regular customer; can you still remember me?
Receptionist: I certainly remember sir! How can we ever forget you; you visit the hotel every year!
Client: Yeah, that’s right. I’ll be making my reservation.
Receptionist: I’ll be happy to assist you, Sir. We have some new packages for this year; maybe you would
like to try.
Client: Of course, tell me about it.
Receptionist: Sir, we’ve added so much in our live aboard diving! Prices start from $1,495.00 per
person, but it’s worth the pay. Since you are a member, it will be benefi cial for you because there is a
$200 discount on weekends. Here’s how; The Utila Aggressor is a 22-foot beam in a 100-foot alumi-
num yacht that has been exploring the Caribbean frontier, which has yet to be explored by divers expe-
riencing these pristine seamounts or banks. Indeed, this 14 passenger Utila Aggressor will be boarded
by divers who will explore the offshore seamounts as well as the sheer walls and wrecks surrounding
the Caribbean. Aggressor guests will be given the opportunity to swim with these gentle giants since
we all know that Utila is famous for whale sharks. With regards to the schedule of diving, it starts at
bright and early Sunday morning and runs thru Friday afternoon. What guests can expect from the
accommodations are TV/DVD and port windows, hair dryer and in suite baths on a fi ve air-conditioned
staterooms which offers a full and single berth while the economically priced sixth cabin, otherwise
known as the “quad”, has four single berths with a private bath. Of course, things won’t be complete
without other personal features that include the hot tub and wet bar, warm freshwater rinse showers
and digital photo center.
Client: Oh, I can hardly wait. Count me in. Ok then, make me a reservation for this coming Friday. I want
to stay at the resort for 2 days and aboard the Utila Aggressor on Sunday, would that be alright? You got
