countless; kecit—some; vraja—of Vraja; éçasya—of the king; sa-pinda-
bandhäù—close relatives; sambandha—of relationship; gandhäù—the
scent; api—even; ke api—some; teñäm—of them; sneha-anubandhäù—
full of love; skhiläù—all; mukunde—for Mukunda.

Countless cowherd people live in Vraja, some intimate relatives of
King Nanda, and others who have barely a scent of family tie with
him. All of them, however, are full of love for Lord Mukunda.

sarve satäà dharma-viçeña-mürtayaù
patnyo 'pi teñäm iva bhakti-våttayaù
puträç ca keñäïcana kåñëa-sakhyakäù
kanyäç ca keñäïcana kåñëa-kämakäù

sarve—all; satäm—of saintly devotees; dharma—of devotional service;
viçeça—specific; mürtayaù—forms; patnyah—wives; api—also; teñäm—of
them; iva—as it were; bhakti—in devotional service; våttayah—engaged;
uträù—sons; ca—also; keçäïcana—of some; kåñëa—of Çré Kåñëa;
sakhyakäù—friends; kanyäù—daughters; ca—also; keçäïcana—of some;
kåñëa—of Çré Kåñëa; kämakäù—the lovers.

The saintly cowherd men of Vraja are just like personified forms of
devotional service, and their wives are also constantly engaged in
Kåñëa's service. Some of their sons are Kåñëa's friends, and some of
their daughters are Kåñëa's lovers.

ye tat-sakhä tat-savayo vapuñkä
guëaiç ca sarvair api tat-samänäù
nityaà kumäräù sanakädi-vat te
