Çré Vraja-réti-cintämaëi
vatsalya-sampatti-rasa-svarüpiëé
yasyäù phalaà çré-bhagavän svayaà maëiù
yasya—of whom; asti—there is; gehe—in the house; saha-dharma-
cäriëé—wife; cit—transcendental; kalpa-valli—desire-creeper; iva—like;
çaréra—dhäréné—personified; vatsaly—of parental love; sampatti—of the
treasure; rasa—of the nectar; svarüpiné—the personification; yasyäù—
of whom; phalam—the fruit; çré-bhagavän—the Supreme Personality of
Godhead; svayam—personally; maëiù—the precious gem.
Staying in Nanda's home is his pious wife, Yaçodä-devé, who is the
personified nectar of the treasure of parental love, and who is like a
spiritual kalpa-valli vine that has borne as its fruit the precious gem
known as the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

yä çré-yaçodä jagati yaçodä
çré-kåñëa-vatsalya-rasaika-modä
täm eva päçena babandha roñät
tat-prema citraà vivådhe 'ti-toñam
yä—who; çré-yaçodä—Çré Yaçodä; jagaté—in the universe; yaçaù—fame;
da—giving; çré-kåñëa—for Çré Kåñëa; parental love; rasa—nectar; eka—
sole; modä—happiness; täm—Him; eva—certainly; päçena—with a rope;
babandha—bound; roñät—because of anger; tat—for Him; prema—
pure love; citram—wonderful; vivådhe—increased; ati—great; toñam—
satisfactions.
Çré Yaçodä, who brings (dä) fame (yaçaù) to the world, and who is
filled with the nectar bliss of a mother's love for Çré Kåñëa, once
angrily bound Him with a rope. In this way she made Kåñëa's
happiness and her wonderful love increase.
