e. Punch out the upper and lower sleeves of the steering
knuckle.

7. Installing the steering knuckle pin sleeve

a. Use a punch tool to mount the upper and lower sleeves
of the steering knuckle into the pin holes on the steering
knuckle, till the upper end surface of the sleeve
flush with the end surface of the steering knuckle.

8. Choosing appropriate adjusting shim for the
steering knuckle.

a. Inject and apply lubricating grease into thrust ball
bearings.
b. When thrust ball bearing is mounted into the steering
knuckle socket, its open side shall face the steering
knuckle.
