BR-56 Brake system – service brake (air pressure)

c. Check if the housing is cracked or broken. If yes,
replace it.

d. Check the thread connecting the fork, locknut and push
ord. Replace it if it is broken.

e. Check the threads of the lock screw plug and piston. If
either of them is damaged, change it.

5. Assembly of rear brake air chamber

a. Install the two air chamber seal rings on the connecting
body.
Caution
Before the seal rings are installed, smear an
appropriate amount of grease on each of them.

b. Install the O-ring and rubber washer, install the snap
ring on the connecting body, and ensure that the snap ring
is installed in place.
Caution

Install the rubber washer and O-ring and smear an
appropriate amount of grease on each of them.
