Brake system – service brake (air pressure) BR-59

1. Install the service brake's return spring, bearing disc,

and rubber diaphragm. Hold down the rear brake air
chamber with the brake air chamber disassembly and DI
assembly rack. Install the bolts of the rear brake air
chamber's clamp and tighten the nuts. EG

m. Gently hit the circumference of the clamp using a
ST
copper bar to allow the clamp to fit with the housing.

n. Again, tighten the bolts and lock nuts on the clamp of
the brake air chamber.
o. Install and tighten the lock nuts on the clamp, lower
the jack, and take out the rear brake air chamber from the

rack.

p. Install and tighten the lock nut of the rear brake air
chamber's push rod fork.
