BR-60 Brake system – service brake (air pressure)

6. After the assembly is done, test the rear brake air chamber again.
7. Installation of rear brake air chamber

a. Install the rear brake air chamber's three-way connector body and tighten its lock nuts.
b. Install and tighten the fixing bolts connecting the rear brake air cylinder and brake air chamber support.
Torque:180~210 N•m

c. Install the push fork rod's flat head pin connected with the adjusting arm. Install the flat washer and split pin
and lock the split pin.
d. Install the rear brake air chamber's brake hose and tighten the brake hose's connector nuts.
Caution
Coat sealant at the thread of air pipe joint

After the parking brake is released, tighten the parking brake control bolts in place and adjust the
braking clearance.
