7. Installing the air heater assembly

a. Put the warm air water tank into the right place.

b. Tighten the fixing screws for the warm air water tank
cover. EG

c. Tighten the fixing screws for the warm air water tank hold
down plate.

d. Install the transition air duct.

e. Install the fixing screws for the air heater assembly.

8. Install the warm air and A/C assembly (refer to “Chapter EL Electrical System - Electrical
Components - Warm Air and A/C, Replacement”)
9. Install the instrument panel assembly (refer to Chapter BW body-instrument panel, combination
instrument, ashtray-instrument panel, replacement”)

10. Fill in coolant (refer to Chapter EG engine part-engine-cooling system-coolant, replacement”)

11. Connect the cable of battery negative pole
