10. Assemble the piston rod assembly

a. Install the snap ring of one end.

b. Lubricate the piston pin and piston pin hole with the

engine oil.

c. Assemble connecting rod, piston and piston pin.

Caution

Hold the connecting rod, so that its angle parting plane
toward the side facing away from you. Install the piston
on the connecting rod, so that the "Front" mark and / or
arrow is to the left of the connecting rod. The notch on
the piston skirt at the bottom of the piston shall face the
side far away from you.

d. Install the snap ring of the second piston pin.
