6. Dynamic balance test for transmission shaft

a. After each maintenance and replacement, dynamic

balance test should be done. Dynamic balance test

requires professional test bench for dynamic balance of
transmission shaft. According to the display of test EG
instrument, add balance block to the unbalanced end of

transmission shaft, with no more than 3 blocks each time,

and weld two points of each piece. Perform the dynamic

balance test after welding, and the permitted imbalance

of transmission shaft between axle shall be 100g •cm
(measured with speed of 3500r/min).
b. With unbalanced vehicle transmission shaft, there will FR
be a cyclical sound in driving and the faster the speed,
the louder the sound. Seriously, the body can be

trembled, with cab vibration, and feeling the numbness of

hands on the steering wheel. As the body trembling, all

parts of the vehicle will loosen, leading to accidents.
