g. Install special tool for adjustment nut of differential on
both sides.

h. Adjust the adjustment nut of differential with
two wrenches synchronously to adjust the driven gear to
approach or move away from the driving gear. FR
Caution
In order to ensure the rotation resistance of the ST
differential remain unchanged, the adjustment should be
marked on the adjustment nut of differential to ensure BR
that the right adjustment nut is loosen to the angle same
as that the left adjustment differential is tighten.

7. Adjust the driving bevel gear
a. Remove the fixing bolts of driving bevel gear

assembly, and take off the driving bevel gear.
b. Adjust the driving bevel gear away from or close to the
driven gear by increasing or decreasing the number of
adjustment shims of bearing seat of driving bevel gear.
Caution
When installing the adjustment shims of driving gear
bearing, align the oil return hole in the shim with the
oil return hole in the final reducer.
