b. Use a screwdriver or pry bar to pry the rear hub out
from the rear drum.
c. Remove the rear hub from the rear drum.

8. Check and repair the braking drum

a. Check the brake drum for cracks, uneven wear and
other anomalies, otherwise replace the brake drum.

9. Assemble the rear brake drum and the rear hub

a. Place the rear hub on the rear drum.
b. Rotate the rear hub to align the bolt holes of rear
hub with those on the rear drum.
c. Install the tire bolt into the hub bolt hole, adjust the tire
fixing bolt so that the notch of the washer on the bolt is
aligned with the groove on the rear hub, and push the

bolt with the copper rod.
d. Install the inner nut of the tire bolt and tighten the
inner nut of the tire bolt with the torque wrench with
specified torque.
Torque:

Model 16 T 410~470N•m

Model 22T, 25T 550~600N•m
Caution
Tighten the nuts in accordance with the distribution

of bolts symmetrically.
10 . Install the ABS gear ring

a. Use an copper bar to install the ABS gear ring of rear
hub.
