Operational procedures

Please note that when flying into a control zone with a failing radio connection,

you must try to contact the air traffic control service unit by all means (mobile

phone, text message, e-mail).

6.4.4.2 Signals from the ground to aircraft on the ground

You acknowledge a signal by:
• During the day:

by moving the aileron or rudder

• At night:

by turning the landing lights on and off twice, if fitted, otherwise, the

navigation lights are turned on and off twice.
