                                                   Form and Breaking

                                             (Week 9 Monday and Tuesday)
               Main Curriculum: Poomsae Balance

               Pee – Wee:

               Warm Up: Jogging, core and leg exercise

                                            On the ball punch, down block and inside block practice

                                            Front kick on the ball
                                            On the balance ball one leg up (front kick chamber
                                            position)

                                            White, Yellow Orange: Jumping front kick
                                            Purple, Green, Blue: Flying side kick
                                            Brown, Red, Black: Front leg hook kick


                                            Fun time game:
                                            One leg up catching and throwing the ball

               Junior Class: Jogging, one leg hopping, bear crawl, in and out, Russian twists,
               plank, push-ups,

               Stretching: inch worm, butterfly, stratle, split etc.

               Warm Up:

               White, Yellow, Orange:

                                            Breaking Technique:
