Sharing session with Charmaine Yee, Iha Zaliza and Daniel Yee (representing the osteogenesis imperfecta

Understanding of genetics is still quite expanding our outreach to increase
low amongst the general public and the impact of what we do.
        we are conducting some research
into the public’s perception of genetic
disorders. As one of the mothers of
an affected child often says, “With
        understanding, comes awareness. And
        with awareness, comes support”. This
is very true, as new drugs/treatments
        are increasingly produced, but without
support from the public to push for
        critical governmental policies to make
        these drugs/treatments available,
those affected will be left without
appropriate medical care. We are also
working with the mainstream media on
        medical/scientific communication to
improve reporting on these conditions Research Activities
so as to avoid negative reporting.

Looking back over the years, we are Bird’s eye view of our 531m DNA helix made out
proud of what we have achieved. of donated jeans.
We know that we have touched lives ...
and made significant progress in our 9
objectives, and we look forward to
