HSSE REQUIREMENT FOR CONTRACTOR, ALLO TECHNOLOGY

                              e.   The Contractor shall be responsible to ensure all workers involved in the work possess
                                 valid work permits, passes or licenses issued by the relevant authorities.

                   b)   Project Manager
                        The Project Management may include but not limited to Business Owner, Company Director,
                        Managing  Director,  Construction  Manager,  Project  Manager,  Project  Engineer  shall  have,  at
                        minimum, the following responsibilities;
                          I.   Ensure that the Contractor HSSE Management System is adequate for Works (complied
                              with all acts & regulations and others related / relevant requirements) needs and has been
                              approved and implemented throughout the Works.
                         II.   To ensure the excellent of HSSE performance at workplace and project.
                        III.   To  ensure  immediate  corrective  action  are  taken  for  any  potential  incident  (unsafe
                              conditions /acts) prior to ensure HSSE at the workplace.
                        IV.   To  ensure  adequate  resources  in  order  to  implement  HSSE  Management  System
                              effectively.

                   c)   Safety Health Officer (SHO)
                        Contractors shall ensure that Safety and Health Officers (SHO) are competent, have valid
                        certificate  and  registered  for  the  dedicated  site  with  DOSH  and  perform  their  duties  in
                        accordance with Occupational Safety and Health (Safety and Health Officer) Regulations 1997
                        and comply to Section 29, Occupational Safety and Health (Safety and Health Officer) Order 1997.

                        Such duties of SHO are:
                          I.   To advice his employer or any person in charge of a place of Works on the measures to be
                              taken in the interest of the safety and health of the persons employed in the place of
                              work;
                         II.   To inspect the place of Works to identify hazards that cause accidents;
                        III.   To  investigate  any  accident,  near-miss  accident,  dangerous  occurrence,  occupational
                              poisoning and occupational disease which has happened in the place of work.
                        IV.   To assist the employer in organizing and implementation of safety and health program at
                              place of work;
                         V.   To become as a secretary to the safety and health committee at place of work; and
                        VI.   To submit to the employer monthly report of the activities.

                   d)   Contractor Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator
                        Every contractor other than the main contractor in charge of worksite who employs more than
                        five persons to carry out Work on a worksite shall appoint one of these employees to act as an
                        occupational safety and health coordinator. This is for the purpose of coordinating occupational
                        safety and health issues at the place of work. This requirement is stipulated in Section 29A of
                        Occupational Safety and Health Act amendment act 2022.
