HSSE REQUIREMENT FOR CONTRACTOR, ALLO TECHNOLOGY

                   e)   Aspect Impact Register (AIR)
                        The contractor shall conduct environmental plan assessment and identify potential impact for
                        activities as below but not limited to:
                         I.   Activities during construction that can produce noise on personnel and neighbors. e.g.
                              artificial island, structure and installation.
                         II.   Equipment that can produce quantity, quality of emissions and gaseous.
                        III.   Effluent discharge that emitted from the existing piping and equipment.
                        IV.   Components  and  assessment  of  storage  and  disposal  methods  of  solid  waste  and
                              scheduled waste.
                        V.    Any other Activities related to natural resources that impacts the environment.

                        The  contractor shall  identify  and  implement  recommendation  for  mitigation of  the  negative
                        impacts.

                   f)   Noise Risk Assessment (NRA)
                        The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that special precautions are taken to avoid loss
                        of hearing resulted from excessive noise at workplace such as explosive, machineries, impact/
                        pounding. Identification of excessive noise shall be conducted according to Occupational Safety
                        and Health (Noise Exposure) Regulation 2019.

                        If  identified,  further  noise  risk  assessment  by  qualified  assessor  need  to  be  conducted.
                        Contractor shall  ensure  that  safety  protection  in  the  form of  hearing  protection  devices  are
                        provided and utilized by the personnel working with equipment, machines or area that may
                        produce excessive noise.


               4.10.      Employment
                    The contractor shall be responsible for arranging any documents deemed necessary for the entry and
                    residence  of  personnel  that  may  be  required  to  work  in  Malaysia  for  the  purpose  of  the  Works
                    including  insurance  policies  i.e.  Foreign  Workers  Compensation  Scheme;  FWCS  (Workmen’s
                    Compensation  Act  1952).  The  contractor  shall  be  responsible  for  ensuring  that  all  his  personnel
                    comply with  the  Immigration  Act 1959/1963,  Employees  Social  Security  Act  1969  and  its  related
                    regulations.
                    The  contractor  shall  fulfil  all  his  obligations  in  respect  with  site  office  accommodation,  medical
                    facilities for all personnel in his employment, in accordance with the responsibility imposed on him,
                    or all necessary requirements to ensure satisfactory execution of the contract.

                    The contractor shall be responsible for the discipline and safety of all personnel employed by him or
                    other  person  at  site.  No  young  person  (below  16  years  old)  shall  carry  out  Works  involving  the
                    management of, or attendance on, or proximity to, any machinery.

                    Contractor shall hire competent workers with good health condition, fit to work, physically able and
                    identify sound criteria to ensure he can perform in his work for high-risk activities.
