HSSE REQUIREMENT FOR CONTRACTOR, ALLO TECHNOLOGY

               4.11.      HSSE Training and Competency
                   a)   Mandatory Training
                          The Contractor shall at its own expenses provide adequate training to all its personnel to
                          ensure  that  they  have  sufficient  knowledge  and  skill  to  undertake  assigned  tasks.  The
                          Contractor’s training records shall be maintained and controlled.

                          The  Contractors  shall  ensure  that  all  their  personnel  and  workers  have  attended  Safety
                          Induction program before they are allowed to enter Allo’s premises and worksites. There are 2
                          types of Safety Induction programs required for all Contractor’s personnel and workers:

                         I.   NIOSH Tenaga Safety Passport (NTSP)
                              All the Contractors’ workers including their sub-contractors, vendors, specialists or any
                              other personnel engaged by them shall attend the NTSP training program and obtain a
                              valid NTSP card. All matters pertaining to NTSP Certification such as training, assessment
                              and certification are handled by NIOSH and all costs shall be borne by the Contractor.

                         II.   Registration of construction personnel (CIDB – Green Card)
                              All  the  contractors’  workers  including  their  sub-contractors,  specialists  or  any  other
                              personnel engaged by them in the construction area shall be accredited and certified with
                              valid  CIDB  Green  Cards  as  required  under  Section  33 Lembaga  Pembangunan  Industri
                              Pembinaan Malaysia Act 1994 (Act 520). All costs incurred in obtaining the CIDB Green
                              Card shall be borne by the contractor.

                              Should the workers require another specific training related to job activity, contractor is
                              responsible to identify and provide such training.
                              The Employer reserves the right to refuse entry  or passage to the Contractor, its
                              subcontractors, their respective employees, servants and agents in the event that such
                              personnel are not able to produce the valid Induction Program card or Safety Passport.

                              The  Employer  reserves  the  right  to  require  the  Contractor,  its  subcontractors,  their
                              respective  employees,  servants  and  agents  to  produce  acceptable  evidence  of
                              identification such as a valid card, passport, identity card or driving license.

                   b)   Competency Personnel Requirement
                          Contractor  shall  ensure  their  workers  shall  have  valid  competency  certificates  for  Works/
                          Services as stipulated by the law or Allo or TNB-required competency certification such as, but
                          not limited to:

                         I.   Electrical Competent Person e.g.: Wiremen, Chargeman
                         II.   Competent Scaffolder
                        III.   Competent Erector
                        IV.   Competent Crane Operator
                        V.    Authorized  Gas  Tester,  Authorized  Entrant,  Standby  Person  and  Entry  Supervisor  for
                              Confined Space
                        VI.   Welders
                       VII.   Others as defined by the law or Allo or TNB from time to time
