We think that we fall from grace when we do something

BAD. We either do something so long that God loses patience

with us and we all from his grace — or we commit a sin that is so

bad that we fall from his grace.

This is not true, according to Paul. We fall from grace when

we do something GOOD — and think this has positive impact on
our relationship with Father. We think that he owes us, and we are

entitled to receive from him for doing good. Paul says, “Who has

first given to God, so he shall be recompensed (rewarded) by

him?” The answer is of course: “NO ONE.”

The only thing that has impact on

our relationship with God is Jesus, —

and our faith in HIS finished work!
Ephesians says it’s not about our works

so that none of us can boast.

Looking back at Galatians 5:2-5, I would not think you would

want to stand before God and say, “Father, Christ was of NO profit
or benefit to me — because I lived my life under the law!”

In I Corinthians 15:56 Paul tells us that, “the strength of SIN is

the LAW!” This is why Paul says in Hebrews 7:16 that the law is

the law of a carnal commandment.

The law is directed to the flesh — to our carnality. We all
