Charlie Jarvis is a dentist-turned-humorist, and he
was great.
He says that he had some problems with expectancy
in dental practice. He tells the story of a patient who
came in and said he wanted the yellow stain to be
taken off his teeth.
Charlie said, “Good grief, man, you have been
smoking for 25 years. I can’t get the yellow off those
teeth.”
