Photography Competition 2020. Mr Darren Soh, Darren Soh’s photographs at the URA Architectural
NYAA Gold Award holder and a founding member of Heritage Exhibition.

by PUB to serve on the judging committee.

SKYLINE-Remembering 30 Years
In the Skyline-Remembering 30 Years publications, a
write-up and images of the NYAA-URA project were
highlighted. The images were captured by NYAA
Young Photographers’ Network Members, who
participated in the year-long photo-documentary
project on Serangoon Road and Kampong Glam.

NYAA YPN Project on Old State Courts Building
Justice See Kee Oon, Supreme Court Judge and
the Presiding Judge of the State Courts, invited Mr
Darren Soh, NYAA Gold Award holder (1998 cohort)
and founding member of YPN, to capture the Old
State Courts Building for the National Archive before
they demolish the buildings.

Darren, who specialised in Architectural Photography,
accepted the invitation and contributed his service
and photography skills to capture the outer and
inside of the Old State Court for the National Archive.
It was an honour to capture this significant iconic
