As they listened to the news update, Dr. Chester knocked
on the door and entered the delivery room. “How’s every-
one?” he asked as his attention was drawn to Adriana, Katey,
and Samaria.
“It’s an honor to finally meet you,” said Dr. Chester as he
embraced each of the young ladies. Several told me that you
were here, but I couldn’t wait to see each of you. Thank you
so much for allowing God almighty to use each of you in a
mighty way. Our schools across the nation would turn to disas-
ter without students being able to break free to Jesus Christ.
Before all of you leave, the Holy Spirit impressed upon me to
bless each of you with a financial blessing.
“Thank you. It’s an honor to be used by God. We feel like
we’re fulfilling our purpose in life when we allow God almighty
to use us for His plan and purpose,” Samaria said.
“Wonderful,” Dr. Chester said. “Now,” he said, turning his
attention towards Emilia, “How is the woman of the hour?
“Better,” Emilia replied. “I need to check again and see
if you have dilated,” Dr. Chester said, swinging his stool in front
of Emilia.
Grasping his son Diego by the shoulders and pushing him
towards the door, Mr. Sanchez said, “Come on, son, let’s see
what the hospital cafeteria has good to eat.”
“Don’t forget about me,” Emilia said.
“Sorry Hun, can’t do, but after you deliver a healthy boy,
or girl, or twins, or triplets--”
“Please, God, no,” Emilia said. Everyone laughed.
“--I will treat you with any meal you want. Deal?” “Deal,”
Emilia said with a frown on her face. Samaria,
Katey, Adriana, Natalia, and Mrs. Sanchez sat down
on the bed sofa near the hospital room window. Dr. Chester
