Rear axle- rear wheel brake

5. Install the compound desiccator
assembly
(a). Install the compound desiccator and
screw down 4 fixing bolts.
Torque: 41 ~ 51 N•m

6. Connect the compound desiccator air
pipe
(a). Connect the 2 air pipes according to the
matchmarks and screw down the
terminal nuts of the air pipes.
Torque: 32 ~ 42 N•m

(b). Connect the air pipes according to the
matchmarks and screw down the
terminal nuts of the air pipes as shown in
the illustration.
Torque: 25 ~ 30 N•m

7. Connect the connector to the
compound desiccator

8. Connect battery negative cable
9. Brake system seal tightness test (refer to “chapter 26 service brake-brake system,
on-vehicle inspection”)
