Relay valve

Replacement

1. Disconnect the connected air pipes
from the relay valve
(a). Loosen the terminal nuts of the relay
valve air pipes
Hint:
Place matchmarks on each pipe before
disconnecting them for the convenient
identification during the installation.

(b). Loosen the 3 terminal nuts of the relay
valve air pipes and separate the 3
connected air pipes.

2. Remove the relay valve assembly
(a). Loosen the 2 fixing bolts of the relay
valve support.
(b). Remove the relay valve assembly.

3. Install the relay valve assembly.
(a). Install the relay valve assembly and
screw down the 2 fixing bolts of the
relay valve bracket.
Torque: 41 ～ 51 N•m
