Rear axle- rear wheel brake

4. Connect the connected air pipes to the
relay valve
(a). Connect the air pipes of relay valve
according to the matchmarks and screw
down the terminal nuts of the air pipes.
Torque: 25 ～ 30 N•m

(b). Connect the 3 air pipes to the relay valve
and screw down the terminal nuts of the
air pipes as shown in the illustration.
Torque: 32 ～ 42 N•m

5. Brake system seal tightness test (refer to “chapter 26 service brake-brake system,
on-vehicle inspection”)
6. Brake system air inflation performance test (refer to “chapter 26 service brake-brake
system, on-vehicle inspection”)
