RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY FOR RENAISSANCE AT WEST RIVER
The Renaissance at West River, the first new construction at the former North Boulevard Homes site, held its Rib- bon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, September 24, 2020. The new building came 2 years after North Boulevard Homes was demolished in 2018. Those who participated in the ribbon cutting of the 160-unit elderly community were: Tampa Housing Authority Commissioners, Parker Homans and Ben Dachepalli; Jerome Ryans, CEO/President, Tampa Hous- ing Authority; Jim Cloar, Chair, Tampa Housing Authority Board; Mayor Jane Castor; and Joe Robinson, President of the West Tampa CRA.
