Plymouth Rotary Citizen of the Year

It was actually the second time the organization surprised Worrall. The first was at their annual meeting last month when they announced she was the 2023 Citizen of the Year.

On July 27th, Plymouth Rotary members Mark Carrier, Denise Castonguay, and Tony Fitzherbert were pleased to present Elena Worrall of New Hampton with a plaque officially recognizing her as their organization’s 2023 Citizen of the Year.
