2.19 Serial Number Lost (Master Alarm)
1. A Network Communications Board serial number and the word lost
displays on the Master Alarm.

2. The Network Communications Board was replaced or removed from the
alarm network.
Yes No
↓ → Ensure all of the Ethernet connections are connected properly.
Refer to the facility’s wiring diagram of the Ethernet network. If
this solves the problem, go to “Final Actions” on page 2-7.
Otherwise, call Hill-Rom Technical Support at (800) 445-3720.
3. Do a Clear Network command on the Master Alarm; refer to
“Configuring the Master Alarm by Using the Front Panel” on page 1-63, or
“Clear Alarm Network Device List” on page 1-95. This solves the
problem.
