                       Installation

                       DuraBlaster® Assembly and Placement
                          Rotational Activation Device Placement
                               3) (Continued from previous page) To ensure maximum cleaning, DuraBlaster® spinner
assemblies should be located to allow maximum soak time for any chemicals applied to
the wheels. The spinners can be placed below an existing piece of equipment to save
                                  on space.
 Place the driver side DuraBlaster® on top of the anchor, mark the diagonal
corner and remove the DuraBlaster® prior to drilling for the second anchor.
 Secure the DuraBlaster® to the floor, level, square it up to the conveyor (for a
tunnel application) or the center of the wash bay (for an inbay application) and
tighten in place. Repeat this process for the passenger side.

                               4) The rotational activation device position will vary based on your system.
                                      a. Systems with controllers, such as a Belanger® Centra® or Integra®, have a tire
position sensor input that keeps track of both the front and rear tire positions.
The optional tire position sensor can be a bell hose or a photo-eye set that is
placed within 12” of the entrance photo-eye.

Note: These controllers record the tire position and allow a set distance before and after the wheel for
                                activation on and off.
                                      b. Please see the appropriate Belanger® controller manual for further instructions.

Note: Program the pump to come on about 24” before the vehicle front and have the
pump go off 24” after the rear of the vehicle. A look back function should be set
to keep the pump on if another vehicle is in the wash and getting this option.

Note: Program rotation activation to come on 16” before the wheel and 16” after the
wheel to turn off. Adjust these settings after startup for best performance.

                                      c. For other controllers with tire or wheel position capabilities, follow their manuals
                                          for instructions.
                                      d. For tunnel controllers without tire sensing, purchase an optional tire tracking
device, such as a Bell Hose or Photo-eye. Belanger® sensing devices are
supplied with a Wheel Sensor Timer control box that should be mounted on the
wall as close as possible to the air panel.

Note: The optional tire position sensor, (bell hose or photo-eye set-purchased
separately) should be placed 36” before the centerline of the DuraBlaster®
                                assemblies.

Note: The timer control box will have an on delay and an off delay to be set when the
                                system is operational.
