BW - 34 Body - Cab flipping and locking mechanism

Cab assembly
Change
1. Open the front flapping cover and remove the front grille (see “Chapter BW Body - Inner and Outer
Trims - Front Grille, Replacement”)

2. Remove the connecting bolts between the steering gear and the steering shaft (see "Chapter ST
Steering System - Steering Gear - Steering Shaft, Replacement”)

3. Disconnect the HVAC tube (see “Chapter EL Electrical System – Electrical Components - HVAC –
Heating Tubes, Replacement”)
4. Disconnect the air-conditioning tube connnected to the expansion valve (see “Chapter EL Electrical
System – Electrical Components - HVAC – Cooling Tubes, Replacement”)

5. Remove the air-conditioning tube and heating tube
clip mounting bolts on the cab, and remove the
air-conditioning tubee and heating tube.

6. Remove the front electrical box cover and disconnect
the chassis wiring harness connector

a. Remove the front electrical box cover mounting bolts and
remove the front electrical box cover.

b. Disconnect the chassis wiring harness connector in the
front electrical box.
