Our Sages explained ,eLÐþÖð eò−ѳBaÔþÐî does not apply to that which is being removed ,êÑ®BiÔíñÔ¼ñÑõBò
that the dew [initially] rose from the earth into the air þ−ÌîÎêÖa±ÓþÖêÖíöÌôíÓñB¼ ñÔhÔíÓL but, rather, [it applies only] to the container, š−ÌzÔíñÔ¼êÖlÓê
and when the layer of dew rose up, ñÔhÔí³ÔëÐ×ÌL ³BñμÔ×Ðî or the sack and to the vessel −ÌñÐkÔíñÔ¼ÐîšÔOÔíñÔ¼Ðî
the manna appeared and they saw: eêÖþÐîöÖnÔííÖlÔbгÌò from which it has been removed, ,íÖpÓnÌôêÖ®ÖiÓL

[Meaning:] a thin object. :šÔcþÖëÖcZ [that] −ÌaÐþÔìš−ÌþÖê has the same meaning as: öBLÐñÌk−ÌaÐþÔìš−ÌþÖê
“[šÓþÖiÔî] And he armed his trained servants,” 39 ,î−Ö×−ÌòÎì³ÓêšÓþÖiÔî

[thereby making the meaning here:]
[½ÖtнŠìÐô means:] “uncovered” ,íÓleèÐô
“I will arm myself with my sword.” ,−ÌaÐþÔìÐaö−ÑiÔcÐïÓê
and there is none like it (this word) in Scripture. .êÖþÐšÌ nÔëBñíÓôBc ö−ÑêÐî
[This is unnecessary for] we find eò−Ì®Öô
It may be said that ½ÖtнŠìÐô [comes from the phrase] öBLÐñ½ÖtнeìÐôþÔôBñ LÑ−Ðî
the term [íÖšÖþÎí] referring also ¹ÔêëÖ½eô öBLÖlÔí
“(íÖ½−ÌõÎì) a box and a chest” êÖôКнeñÐðe êÖ½−ÌõÎì 7
to that which is being removed, ,êÑ®BiÔíñÔ¼
which is a term that appears in Mishnah. 29 ,íÖòÐLÌô öBLÐñÌaÓL
[e.g.] “Oil (šÔþez) which is emptied,” 40 ,šÔþez öÓôÓL

It does not state here: “The vessel was not emptied” öêÖkë−̳Ðkö−Ñê−ÌñÐkÔíšÔþeí êG
Onkelos translates it: ¹ÔlÔšÐô (flaked) ,¹ÔlÔšÐôóÑbÐþÌz ½eñКÐòeêÐî
meaning: “(¹Ò¾ÐìÔô) the peeling of the white.” 30 :öÖëÖlÔí¹ÒLÐìÔô öBLÐñ but, rather: “The wine was not emptied öÌ−ÔiÔíšÔþeí êG êÖlÓê
