 22. Cham the father of Canaan saw öÔ¼flÔòÐ×−¤ÌëÎêóÖìƒêÐþ†ÔiÔî .ë×  6. Adonoy said, “Behold, they are one people, ·ðÖìÓêó¥Ô¼ö¤Ñíí†ÖîÒíÐ−þÓôê¤ÒiÔî.î
 the nakedness of his father, î−¢ÌëÖ곤ÔîÐþÓ¼³£Ñê  all having one language, ó flÖlŠ×Ðñ·³ÔìÔêí¥ÖõÖNÐî
 and told it to his brothers [who were] outside. :±e ÞìÔaî−£ÖìÓê-−ÞÑòÐLÌñð'ÑbÔiÔî  and this is their first undertaking. ³B ¢NμÞÔñó¤ÖlÌìÞÔíí£ÓïÐî
 23. Sheim and Yafes took the cloak, í †ÖñÐôÌOÔí-³Óê³Óõ‚Ó−Öîó ¶ÑL»ìÔwÌiÔî .è×  Now will nothing be unattainable for them, ó flÓíÑôþ¤Ñ®ÖaÌ−-ê ÞG·íÖzÔ¼Ðî

       7. Come, let us descend and jumble their language, ó¢Ö³ÖõÐNó£ÖLí'ÖñÐëÞÖòÐîí flÖðÐþÞÑòíÖëÖíƒ.ï
 This is an allusion to the Ten Tribes  ó−̬ÖëÐMÔí³ÓþÓNμÔñïÓôÓþ
 who are referred to as Shomron [Samaria]  ,öBþÐôBL óÑLñÔ¼eêÐþКÌpÓL  AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA RASHI  é"ùøAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

                      who was ungrateful when he said,  :þÔôÖêÐîíÖëBhÔí³ÓêþÔõÖkÓL
 [and] who were exiled for overindulging in wine  ,öÌ−ÔiÔí−њн̼ñÔ¼eñÖbÓL
              “The woman that You gave to be with me.” 305  ,−ÌðÖn̼ÖzÔ³ÖòþÓLÎêíÖMÌêÖí
 as it is said [concerning the Ten Tribes]: 232  :þÔôÍêÓpÓL  These people, too, were ungrateful  ,íÖëBhÔë eþÐõÖ×elÑê¹Ôê

 [22] Cham the father of Canaan saw. 234  .ïÇòÇðÀëéÄáÂàíÈçàÀøÇiÇå [áë]  Who bestowed goodness upon them  ,íÖëB¬ÐaóÖ¼−ÌtÐLÌíÓL
 Some of our Sages say that  :ó−ÌþÐôBê eò−ѳBaÔþÑôLÑ−  by rescuing them from the flood. 306 307  :ñeaÔnÔíöÌôóÖ¬ÐlÌôe
 Canaan saw [Noach’s drunken state] and told his father.  ,î−ÌëÖêÐñð−ÌèÌíÐîíÖêÖþöÔ¼ÔòÐk
                     [6] Behold they are one people.  .ãÈçÆàíÇòïÅä [å]
 Therefore, he is mentioned in this matter  þÖëÖcÔíñÔ¼þÔkÐïeí CÔ×Ðñ  They have all of the advantages  ,öÓíÖn̼LÑ−BïíÖëB¬ ñÖk
 and was [consequently] cursed. 235  :ñÑlԚгÌòÐî

 It is not written here eìКÌiÔî, but  239 ìÔwÌiÔî  ,ìÔwÌiÔîêÖlÓê ,eìКÌiÔîë−̳Ðkö−Ñê
       [Will] nothing be unattainable for them, etc., to do.  .úBNÂòÇì 'åâå íÆäÅîøÅöÈaÄéàG
 to teach that Sheim exerted himself  ±ÑnÔêгÌpÓLóÑLñÔ¼ðÑnÌñ
