              CITY OF TAMPA BLACK HISTORY PROGRAM FEATURES ‘HIDDEN FIGURES: OUR UNSUNG HEROES’
The City of Tampa Black History Committee 34th Annual Black History Celebration was held on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at the Downtown Tampa Convention Center. This year’s theme was: “Hidden Figures: Our Unsung Heroes.” The keynote speaker was Tiffany Greene, ESPN Sports Commentator. The Mistress of Ceremonies was Dalia Dangerfield, Spec- trum Bay News 9 Reporter. The Committee highlighted 12 individuals who have impacted the community in a positive man- ner. The ‘Hidden Figures’ will be featured in a Black History Calendar.
