Dear Parents
The term has raced by and so much has been accomplished and achieved. One of my particular favourites of the Malvern Qualities this term has been ambition, and I am pleased to highlight the many aspects of College life within which pupils have demonstrated their ambition to push themselves, take on challenges and achieve great things.
Parents and guardians are a key part of the partnership that supports the holistic education of our pupils, and we have been delighted to have parents back on-site supporting musical and drama performances, attending sports fixtures and House events, and joining with us for Remembrance and the College Carol Service. Looking ahead to next term, I am hoping for more of the same but also that parents might find a way

to support ‘The Ledder’, one of Malvern’s great traditions (more information on page 17). For the Summer Term diary, Speech Day and Prize Giving (previously referred to as ‘Commem’) will be held on Friday 1 July 2022: an event for the whole school to gather with parents to mark the end of the School Year and to formally celebrate all of our pupils’ achievements. On the evening of Friday 1 July, those pupils leaving in Upper Sixth will attend the Leavers’ Service and Ball.
