In adolescents and adulthood, it is o en associated with substance abuse and other life problems.
This story points out that Low Frustra on Tolerance has two behavioral components, a lack of pa ence and a lack of persistence.
If you develop the skill to be pa ent and persistent, you may never need to worry about Low Frustra on Tolerance and the problems it causes.
That is why the animals in this story believe their old saying,
“Pa ence and Persistence are Posi ves.”
