Dear Paul,
Firstly I wanted to say thank you for all your hard work (and Segar!) -
it
looks like you've really made a great plan for our management for the
year.
I think the figures you've proposed seem very sensible, bearing in mind
we've got a fair amount in our account. Please let me know if you need
any
documents signed regarding the handover to Best Gapp on 1st March.
Regarding the interior re-decoration - we seem to be post-phoning it
again,
have I got that correct? I do think that the sooner the better, as the
longer we leave it the more expensive the dilapidation will prove...Have
we
made any firm decisions regarding the re-decorations yet? Are we going
to
deal with repainting the lift and have the floor properly sanded? There
are
also various meters that need to be boxed in, which in my view would be
a
big plus.
Thank you again and speak soon,
Michele

Thanks for enquiry Michele - yes, I met with Juie Freeman (KFH) this
morning
to accept the Mitre House books and files - not as much as one might
imagine
(approx 20 folders) - all seemingly well organised and having, as far as
I
can ascertain, all that is required - going back 3 years on hard copies
with
references to another previous 5 years approx. Once we finally contract
with
Best Gapp, they will have all that they require to properly run Mitre
House,
scheduled to commence on 1st March 2012.
KFH have also deposited the reserves into our Bank Accoiunt making a
